Madhuri Dixit Calls Hrithik Roshan The “God Of Dance” At IIFA 2025

March 9, 2025: At the 25th International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) in Jaipur, Bollywood’s beloved icon, Madhuri Dixit, took a moment to praise her peers, particularly Hrithik Roshan, calling him the “God of Dance.” During her interaction with the media, when asked about the best dancer in Bollywood, Madhuri acknowledged the abundance of talent, mentioning names like Shahid Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, Varun Dhawan, but her admiration for Hrithik was particularly evident. “I mean, he is God,” she added, emphasizing Hrithik’s remarkable dance prowess.

Madhuri, whose own dance moves have captivated audiences for decades, also reflected on her long-standing association with IIFA. She described the event as a “family” affair, where the industry’s brightest stars come together to celebrate each other’s success. “Whenever we come here, we have a lot of fun. You know, we just celebrate each other’s success,” she shared.

The iconic actress also spoke about IIFA’s evolution over the years, particularly its growth on the international stage, and its 25th edition in Rajasthan, which she described as the perfect location. “Rajasthan and Jaipur, especially, are so beautiful. There is beauty, dance, music, colours, and palaces. There are so many things. And I think it’s very ideal to be here,” she said.

Madhuri, who continues to be adored by her fans, also spoke about the significance of awards, mentioning that while accolades are a mark of success, the greatest reward remains the love and admiration of her audience. “The biggest reward is the love of the audience. And it will always be with me,” she reflected.

On stage jitters, Madhuri confessed she still experiences nervousness before performances. “Yes, of course. Before I go on stage, I am always nervous because I want to do my best,” she admitted. “But once I am on stage, I see the reaction of the audience. I see their faces, and I forget everything.”

The IIFA 2025 is filled with spectacular moments, including a tribute to the legendary film Sholay on its 50th anniversary, along with performances from the industry’s biggest stars, including Kareena Kapoor Khan, who will honor her grandfather, Raj Kapoor, during the ceremony.

This year’s IIFA promises to be an unforgettable celebration of cinema, featuring special appearances, memorable performances, and the undeniable magic of Bollywood.
