Ahead of its theatrical release, actress Madhuri Dixit went to the Siddhivinayak Temple with her sons Arin-Ryan and her doctor Shriram Nene to pray and ask Bappa’s blessings for her upcoming Marathi film “Panchak.” While Shriram Nene chose a red kurta set for the occasion, Madhuri is seen wearing a floral anarkali suit in the videos taken by paparazzi in Mumbai. ‘Panchak’ stars Addinath Kothare, Dilip Prabhavalkar, Bharti Achrekar, and other actors. The main focus of the movie is Addinath’s character’s attempt to find a unifying platform in the midst of chaos, questioning conventional wisdom and providing a fresh perspective on the story.
‘Panchak’, is going to be release on January 5. At this year’s International Film Festival of India (IFFI), Madhuri received the ‘Special Recognition for Contribution to Bharatiya Cinema’ award. “I am very honoured to receive this award,” Madhuri said upon being bestowed with this unique honour. We are constantly inspired and motivated to carry out more good deeds by these kinds of awards.” ‘Maja Ma’ was the last movie she appeared in. The family-friendly film, directed by Anand Tiwari and written by Sumit Batheja, was set against the festive backdrop of a traditional festival and a traditional, vibrant Indian wedding. The movie made its debut only on the over-the-top service Amazon Prime Video.
