The makers of the romantic-comedy are rolling out a strategic marketing campaign, dropping the first look on Ananya Panday’s birthday and the trailer on Kartik Aaryan’s big day.

October 29, 2025: Bollywood actress Ananya Panday is set to receive a special birthday gift this year, with the first look of her upcoming romantic-comedy, ‘Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri’, scheduled to be unveiled on her birthday, October 30.

Trade sources revealed that the makers of the film, which also stars Kartik Aaryan, planned the reveal to coincide with Panday’s birthday to make the occasion extra memorable. “The team wanted the first-look reveal to feel special, and Ananya’s birthday felt like the perfect occasion,” an industry source confirmed.

The celebratory marketing strategy will continue throughout the film’s promotional campaign. Following Panday’s birthday reveal, the trailer for Sameer Vidwans’s directorial venture is expected to drop on Kartik Aaryan’s birthday, November 22. A trade source noted, “Through their marketing strategy, the makers want to celebrate both the leads, first Ananya with the poster, then Kartik with the trailer.”

The romantic-comedy reunites Aaryan with director Sameer Vidwans after their successful collaboration on Satyaprem Ki Katha (2023), and also marks a reunion for Aaryan and Panday, who previously shared screen space in Pati Patni Aur Woh (2019). The film’s shooting is complete, with post-production currently underway.

The promotional campaign for the highly anticipated love story is slated to run through December, culminating in a New Year’s Eve release on December 31, 2025.
