Kartik humorously shared, “Maybe she deliberately kept making mistakes! Subhash Ji wanted a passionate kiss. I didn’t know how to kiss. I was about to ask him, ‘Sir please show me how to do it!’ I never thought a kissing scene would be such a headache. Towards the end, Subhash Ji was happy that we finally got it.”

Struggles Before Stardom

Despite giving his best in Kaanchi, the film failed both critically and commercially, adding to Kartik’s list of early box-office failures, which included Aakash Vaani. However, he didn’t lose hope.
