Taking to her Instagram Stories, the singer wrote, “I rarely comment on rumors, but my mama and I are too tight for anything to ever come between us. She’s my best friend.”

Responding to speculation that Tish had unfollowed her on social media, Miley clarified it was nothing more than a digital mishap. “Like a lot of moms, she doesn’t know how to work her phone and somehow unfollowed me — simple, coincidental, and uninteresting,” she added, as reported by People.

Cyrus also opened up about her evolving relationship with her father. “We’ve had our challenges over the years,” she acknowledged. “Now, in my thirties, family is my priority above all else. I’m at peace knowing bridges have been built and time has done a lot of healing.”

The Something Beautiful singer expressed gratitude for the renewed sense of unity, saying she’s thankful for the “good health and love that flows through my family.”
