Detailing the ordeal, Mini pointed out the absence of a separate check-in counter for wheelchair passengers, alleged rude behaviour by airline staff, and the lack of buggy services. “How do senior citizens carry cabin luggage if they can’t walk?” she questioned, adding that a brand that does not treat age with compassion “can never age well.” Her post quickly drew attention online, with many users echoing similar complaints about airport accessibility.
