Mr and Mrs Mahi Trailer: RajKummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor Shine in Cricket-Themed Romance

The eagerly awaited trailer for ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi,’ starring RajKummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor, has finally been unveiled, offering a glimpse into a captivating blend of cricket, drama, and romance.

In the trailer, RajKummar Rao’s character, Mr. Mahi, grapples with shattered dreams of making it to the national cricket team. However, a new opportunity arises when he discovers Janhvi Kapoor’s character, Mrs. Mahi, possesses a talent for cricket. Determined to pursue their shared passion, Mr. Mahi takes on the role of her coach, setting the stage for an inspiring journey of self-discovery and overcoming obstacles.

Producer Karan Johar shared the trailer on Instagram, describing the film as more than just a story but a narrative of defying odds and pursuing dreams with an imperfectly perfect partnership.

Directed by Sharan Sharma, known for ‘Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl,’ ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi’ marks the second collaboration between Janhvi and Sharan, as well as Janhvi and RajKummar, following their work together in ‘Roohi.’ Backed by Dharma Productions, the film is set to hit theaters on May 31, promising audiences a heartfelt and compelling cinematic experience.

Apart from ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi,’ RajKummar Rao is gearing up for the release of the biopic ‘Srikanth,’ showcasing the inspiring journey of industrialist Srikanth Bholla.
