Mumbai Police Foil Plot to Attack Salman Khan

Navi Mumbai Police have arrested four Lawrence Bishnoi gang members who were plotting to attack actor Salman Khan’s car in Panvel. The suspects planned to acquire weapons from a Pakistani supplier.

An FIR has been filed against 17 individuals, including Lawrence Bishnoi, Anmol Bishnoi, Sampat Nehra, and Goldy Brar.

The police revealed that the gang had conspired to kill Khan by purchasing sophisticated firearms like AK-47s from a Pakistani arms dealer. They intended to either stop his car or raid his farmhouse. This plot was devised a month before the recent arrests of two shooters outside Khan’s house

The arrested individuals are Dhananjay alias Ajay Kashyap, Gaurav Bhatia alias Nahvi, Waspi Khan alias Wasim Chikna, and Rizwan Khan alias Javed Khan. They had conducted reconnaissance of Khan’s house and contacted a Pakistani dealer via video call to order weapons.

The gang, consisting of 60-70 members from various regions, planned to use minors for the attack and escape to Sri Lanka by boat from Kanyakumari. Further investigations are underway.
