“Namacool” Trailer: Hina Khan, Abhinav Sharma, Aaron Koul Take on College Adventure

The trailer for Ritam Shrivastava’s comedy-drama series “Namacool,” featuring Hina Khan, Abhinav Sharma, and Aaron Koul, was revealed on Monday. Set in Lucknow, the series follows the journey of two friends, Mayank and Piyush, as they navigate their second year of college with dreams of fame and popularity.

In the trailer, viewers are treated to a glimpse of the hilarious escapades and misfortunes that await the duo. From comedy to romance to crime, the series promises to be an entertaining rollercoaster ride as the characters embark on a quest to discover the true meaning of manhood.

Hina Khan, who portrays the character of Rubiya in the series, expressed her excitement about the project, stating, “Working on ‘Namacool’ has been nothing short of amazing, and I’m truly delighted to be a part of such a fantastic project.” She added, “It’s a quintessential comedy-drama, a laughter riot that will surely etch a special place in the hearts of audiences nationwide.”

Actor Abhinav Sharma, who plays the role of Mayank, shared his enthusiasm for the series, describing it as a journey of self-discovery. “Being a part of ‘Namacool’ has been like stepping into a world where every moment is a blend of comedy, chaos, and honest heartfelt moments,” he said.

Directed by Ritam Shrivastava and written by Shantanu Srivastava, the seven-episode series also features Abhishek Bajaj, Anushka Kaushik, Faisal Malik, and Aadil Khan in prominent roles.

Speaking about the show, Parul Sharma, Producer at Reliance Entertainment, expressed her excitement for the collaboration with Amazon miniTV. “Namacool promises to be a blockbuster, with components ranging from action and drama to romance and the everlasting bond of friendship,” she said. “I hope the audience will like it as much as we enjoyed creating it.”

“Namacool” is set to premiere on May 17 on Amazon miniTV, offering audiences a refreshing and entertaining take on college life and friendship.
