Nani’s ‘HIT: The Third Case’ Gets ‘A’ Certificate, Ready To Hit Big Screen

April 25, 2025: Actor Nani’s much-anticipated film Hit: The Third Case has officially been cleared by the Censor Board with an ‘A’ certificate, ahead of its May 1 release. The crime thriller, directed by Sailesh Kolanu, will hit theatres in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada, marking Nani’s first foray into this intense and suspense-filled genre.

On Friday, Nani shared the exciting update with his followers on Instagram, posting a picture of the ‘A’ certificate with a caption that read, “A for ARJUN SARKAAR. CERTIFIED. #HIT3 #HIT3FromMay1st.” This reveals his character’s name in the film—Arjun Sarkaar—a role that promises to challenge Nani’s acting skills in ways never seen before.

A New Challenge for Nani

This will be the first time that Nani has ventured into the crime thriller genre, a departure from his usual roles in drama and romantic films. Speaking to ANI, the actor shared his excitement about taking on this new challenge, emphasizing the unique preparation process for such a genre. “Preparation is needed for every script. This is my first crime thriller, so it was a new and exciting process. Every film has its own way of helping you understand the characters. It was fun, basically, because I was doing it for the first time,” he said.

Nani Steps into the World of Production

In addition to his acting role, Nani is also serving as a producer for Hit: The Third Case under his own banner, Wall Poster Cinema. This marks a significant step in his career. “This is the first time I’m working in production, so it is definitely the next step in my career, 100 percent for sure,” Nani added. His involvement in the production process reflects his growing presence in the Indian film industry and his desire to explore more creative avenues.

A Multilingual Release

Hit: The Third Case will be released across multiple languages—Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada—ensuring that it reaches a wide audience across India. The film’s gripping narrative and Nani’s powerful performance are expected to draw in viewers from different regions and linguistic backgrounds.
