
Netflix Drops First Look at ‘Wednesday’ Season 2 With Haley Joel Osment as a Doll-Loving Killer
June 1, 2025: The creepy and kooky world of Wednesday just got a whole lot darker. At Netflix’s Tudum 2025 fan event on Saturday, fans were treated to the first six minutes of Wednesday Season 2, revealing a terrifying new antagonist: the Kansas City Scalper, played by Haley Joel Osment.

The chilling clip opens with Wednesday Addams (Jenna Ortega) in a serial killer’s basement, tied up and surrounded by eerie porcelain dolls.
“I’m tied up in a serial killer’s basement. Who said nightmares don’t come true?” she quips in voiceover, blending her signature deadpan humor with real danger.
Wednesday explains that she spent her summer vacation tracking down the Kansas City Scalper — a mission that ends with her being captured by him. The serial killer then unveils a custom-made doll that resembles her. In true Addams fashion, Wednesday fights back using her psychic abilities, freeing herself and launching a counterattack.
