New Notice From Police Urges Allu Arjun to Keep Hospital Visit to Pushpa 2 Stampede Victim Private

Actor Allu Arjun receives a notice requesting confidentiality for his visit to the injured 8-year-old boy following the tragic Pushpa 2 premiere stampede.

January 7, 2025: Actor Allu Arjun, who recently secured regular bail in connection with the tragic stampede at the Pushpa 2: The Rule premiere, has been advised by Hyderabad police to keep his hospital visit to the injured eight-year-old boy confidential. The Ramgopalpet Police Station issued a formal notice urging the actor to avoid publicizing the visit in order to maintain public order and prevent chaos around the hospital premises.

Police Notice to Allu Arjun:

The notice highlighted that arrangements were in place for Allu Arjun’s visit to KIMS Hospital in Secunderabad on January 5, 2025. However, the actor’s legal team canceled the visit at the last moment. The notice clarified that police are ready to facilitate and escort him for the visit within an hour’s notice but emphasized that the visit must remain discreet.

“We request you to keep the visit confidential so that public order can be maintained in and around the hospital. Ramgopalpet Police will escort you throughout the trip and ensure that peace is maintained,” the notice stated.

Background of the Incident:

The tragic incident took place during the premiere of Pushpa 2: The Rule on December 4, 2024, where a stampede claimed the life of a 35-year-old woman, Revathi, and left her eight-year-old son severely injured. The child is currently undergoing treatment at KIMS Hospital.

Pushpa 2 Box Office Triumph:

Despite the controversy, Pushpa 2: The Rule has shattered box office records. Starring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil, the film has surpassed Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, grossing ₹1438 crore in India and ₹1831 crore worldwide. The film now eyes Aamir Khan’s Dangal, which holds a record of ₹2000 crore worldwide.
