Decision Making: While the teens will spend 306 days a year with Kidman and 59 days (alternating weekends) with Urban, the parents retain joint responsibility for major life decisions. However, documents reveal that Kidman has “final decision-making authority” in the event of a deadlock.
Asset Division: Their vast joint portfolio—which includes properties in Nashville, Australia, and New York—will be divided roughly equally, with each retaining ownership of their respective artistic copyrights and royalties.
