In a heartfelt conversation with Nitin Nohria, former Dean of Harvard Business School, Nita shared her journey and highlighted the transformative changes happening in India.

Addressing a room full of young leaders and changemakers, Nita urged the next generation to dream big, lead with purpose, and shape India’s future on the world stage. In an emotional moment during the session, Nita shared a personal story about her mother. She recalled how, despite wanting to attend Harvard, financial constraints had prevented her family from sending her there. However, as Nita stood on the Harvard stage to deliver the keynote address, her mother expressed immense pride, stating, “Today, they have called her to speak at Harvard.” Nita expressed her gratitude, thanking everyone for making her mother so happy.
