NTR Jr Wraps Up First Schedule of ‘War 2’

Excitement has been brewing ever since NTR Jr joined Hrithik Roshan in the action-packed sequel ‘War 2’. Now, fans have more reason to be thrilled as NTR Jr has successfully completed the first schedule of shooting for the film in Mumbai. After nearly a month of intense filming, NTR Jr has returned to Hyderabad.

Directed by Ayan Mukerji, known for his captivating films like ‘Wake Up Sid’ and ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’, ‘War 2’ is anticipated to deliver an exhilarating cinematic experience. While Kiara Advani is also reportedly part of the cast, an official announcement regarding the full lineup and release date is awaited.

The film follows the success of its predecessor, the 2019 action thriller ‘War’, which garnered immense praise and crossed the 200-crore mark within just seven days of its release. With Siddarth Anand at the helm, ‘War’ showcased the dynamic duo of Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff, setting high standards for the sequel.

Speaking of Hrithik’s anticipation for the collaboration with NTR Jr, the Bollywood star expressed his excitement, even penning a special birthday wish for Jr NTR in Telugu. The camaraderie between the two stars seems promising, hinting at an electrifying on-screen chemistry.

In the midst of his commitments to ‘War 2’, NTR Jr is also gearing up for the release of ‘Devara’, a magnum opus featuring Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor. At an event in Hyderabad, NTR Jr reassured fans that the wait for ‘Devara: Part 1’ would be worthwhile, promising a sense of pride upon its release. Directed by Koratala Siva, known for their successful collaboration in ‘Janatha Garage’, ‘Devara’ is set to be a cinematic spectacle, slated for release in two parts, with the first installment hitting screens in October.
