Operation Sindoor: Bollywood Hails India’s Strike on Terror Camps — “Jai Hind, Bharat Mata Ki Jai”

In the early hours of May 7, India’s Army, Navy, and Air Force conducted a rare tri-services strike on nine terror hubs in Pakistan and PoK, targeting infrastructure linked to Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed, and Hizbul Mujahideen.
Actors and filmmakers took to social media to express patriotism, solidarity, and gratitude:
India emphasized that the strikes were “focused, measured and non-escalatory”, targeting only known terror infrastructure. No Pakistani military sites were struck, and the government reiterated that the action was a response to terrorism, not an act of aggression.

“We are living up to the commitment that those responsible for this attack will be held accountable,” read India’s official statement.
Hours after the strike, Pakistan retaliated with artillery shelling across the Line of Control, killing three Indian civilians. Indian defence sources indicated that the Operation may have further phases, depending on Pakistan’s actions.
As soldiers stand on high alert, the outpouring from the film industry reflects a nation united in grief, pride, and resolve — qualities that Operation Sindoor now symbolizes.
