‘Panchayat’ Season 4 Teaser Unveiled At WAVES 2025, Set For July 2 Release

May 3, 2025: The much-anticipated series ‘Panchayat’ is returning with its fourth season, and fans got their first glimpse of what’s to come during the World Audio Visual Entertainment Summit (WAVES) 2025.

Prime Video shared the first-look teaser on Instagram on Saturday, teasing high-stakes village politics and rising tensions in Phulera. The teaser was captioned: “Phulera mein elections ki garma-garmi shuru hone wali hai. #PanchayatOnPrime, New Season, July 2.”

Season 4 promises a dramatic electoral showdown, with familiar characters Pradhan Ji, Bhushan, Manju Devi, and Kranti Devi (Bhushan’s wife) facing off in a fierce leadership race.

The show continues to star Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta, Raghubir Yadav, and others. Produced by The Viral Fever (TVF), it is written by Chandan Kumar and co-directed by Deepak Kumar Mishra and Akshat Vijaywargiya.

Season 3, which premiered in May 2024, delved into corruption, rural infrastructure issues, and social dynamics, striking a chord with audiences for its authenticity and emotional depth.

Panchayat Season 4 will stream exclusively on Prime Video starting July 2, 2025, continuing its tradition of capturing the humor, heart, and harsh realities of life in rural India.
