Actor Parineeti Chopra and her husband, Raghav Chadha, attended the Wimbledon Finals on July 14. The ‘Amar Singh Chamkila’ actress shared highlights of their stylish and fun-filled weekend on Instagram on Monday.
The first picture captures Parineeti and Raghav posing stylishly in the stands, with Parineeti in a white crepe dress and Raghav looking dapper in a suit.
The second picture shows the couple outside the center court, followed by a cheerful selfie of the duo. Another picture features them enjoying Wimbledon’s famous strawberries and cream.
The slides also include Carlos Alcaraz celebrating his historic win, and the final clip shows Parineeti walking barefoot, holding her heels, with Raghav by her side.
Parineeti captioned the post, “Wimbledon finals, strawberries & cream, and my love … the best weekend! Congratulations @carlitosalcarazz.”
On Sunday, Parineeti also posted pictures from her tennis court date with Raghav, an Aam Aadmi Party leader.
Alcaraz secured his second consecutive Wimbledon title by defeating the legendary Novak Djokovic 6-2, 6-2, 7-6 (7-4) at center court in London. The Spaniard dominated the match from the start, winning the final in straight sets.
Recapping the Wimbledon 2024 final, Alcaraz took command early, winning the first set 6-2. He maintained his momentum in the second set, again winning 6-2, while Djokovic struggled to keep up. Though Djokovic fought hard in the third set, Alcaraz forced a tiebreak and clinched the victory with a 7-4 score.
