Pawan Kalyan’s Action Thriller ‘OG’ Locks New Release Date: Hits Theatres on September 25
May 25, 2025: Fans of Pawan Kalyan can mark their calendars! The highly anticipated Telugu action film “OG” has a new worldwide release date — September 25, two days ahead of its previously scheduled release on September 27.
The announcement was made by production house DVV Entertainment, which posted a new poster on X (formerly Twitter), accompanied by the caption:
“The date is locked… and the DEADLY SQUAD is set to go BONKERS!”
Directed by Sujeeth, OG promises to be a high-octane action spectacle featuring Pawan Kalyan in an intense, gritty avatar. The film also marks the Telugu debut of Bollywood star Emraan Hashmi, who will be seen portraying the main antagonist.
Priyanka Arul Mohan stars opposite Kalyan in this power-packed thriller, adding to the excitement among fans.
The music is composed by S Thaman, with the album set to release under Sony Music South.
Produced by D. V. V. Danayya and Kalyan Dasari, OG is one of the most awaited films of the year and is expected to be a pan-India release, leveraging the massive fanbase of both Pawan Kalyan and Emraan Hashmi.
