Actor visits Vrindavan, attends Premanand Maharaj’s discourse
February 25, 2026: Bollywood actor and model Poonam Pandey surprised fans with a spiritual visit to Vrindavan, where she was seen attending a discourse at Premanand Maharaj’s ashram. A video from the visit has gone viral, showing the actor deeply immersed in devotion, with tears in her eyes as she listened to the sermon. She also offered prayers at the revered Banke Bihari Temple during her trip.
Speaking after returning, Poonam said she has been following Premanand Maharaj’s teachings for some time and finds them highly motivating. She described Vrindavan as a place filled with unique spiritual energy, adding that the atmosphere feels sacred and devotional. According to her, the culture of greeting one another with “Radhe Radhe” instead of “Namaste” reflects the town’s deep-rooted spiritual ethos.
Known for her bold public image, Poonam made her Bollywood debut with Nasha and later appeared in The Journey of Karma. She was most recently seen in the 2023 web series Honeymoon Suite Room No. 911. Her Vrindavan visit has now drawn attention for revealing a more contemplative and spiritual side of the actor.
