Prabhas Mania Peaks in Vizag Ahead of Kannappa Release; 40-Ft Cutout Set to Be Unveiled This Week
Visakhapatnam | June 25, 2025:
With just days to go for the theatrical release of Kannappa, the anticipation has reached a fever pitch — especially in Vizag, where fans of Prabhas are taking their excitement to soaring heights, quite literally.
A massive 40-foot cutout of the superstar is set to be unveiled outside Kinnera Theater, celebrating his brief but impactful role as Rudra in the epic mythological drama. Though Prabhas appears in a limited capacity, his fierce avatar in the trailer has already set social media ablaze.
Directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, Kannappa is slated for a nationwide release on Friday, June 27, in multiple languages. The story centers around Thinnadu, played by Vishnu Manchu, whose destiny is altered by the arrival of Rudra.
The film boasts a star-packed cast including Mohan Babu, Mohanlal, Akshay Kumar, Kajal Aggarwal, Sarathkumar, Preity Mukundan, and Madhubala. Produced under Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures, the film’s music is composed by Stephen Devassy and Mani Sharma.
With its rich mythological base, grand visuals, and powerful performances, Kannappa promises to be a cinematic spectacle — and the Prabhas frenzy is only intensifying the momentum ahead of its release.
