
Prabhas shares new horror film 'The Raja Saab', check out first look poster
On the auspicious anniversary of Makar Sankranti, superstar Prabhas revealed the first poster for his upcoming romantic horror flick, “The Raja Saab.” Prabhas posted the poster to Instagram with the comment, “Introducing #TheRajaSaab’s First Look during this festive season.” I’m wishing you all happiness and joy.” Prabhas is seen on the poster smiling and strolling down an empty street while firecrackers pop in the distance. He is dressed in a black shirt and a colorful dhoti. Prabhas will play “The Raja Saab” in the movie.
Maruthi Dasari, better known simply as Maruthi, is the film’s director. According to Variety, a US-based media organization, her credits include the horror-comedy “Prema Katha Chitram” (2013), the romantic comedy “Mahanubhavudu” (2017), and the comedy-drama “Prati Roju Pandage” (2019). There will be Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi releases for “The Raja Saab.” Referring to the movie, Maruthi stated, “The Raja Saab” is among my most ambitious endeavors to date. As a filmmaker, working with Prabhas and People Media Factory is thrilling and an honor. We’re prepared to provide our viewers with a spectacular terror encounter. It’s also great to have Prabhas on board because of his amazing on-screen persona, which our horror story will undoubtedly wow audiences with.”
Salaar -Part 1: Ceasefire, an action thriller that was well-received by viewers, was Prabhas’ most recent flick. His upcoming film appearance is “Kalki 2898 AD,” a sci-fi action movie starring Deepika Padukone. The movie, which is helmed by Nag Ashwin, is scheduled to open in theaters on May 9, 2024.
In addition, he has “Spirit,” the film directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, in his possession.
