Actor joins Harvard’s 23rd India Conference as Shashi Tharoor delivers keynote address

January 27, 2026: Actor Priyanka Chopra will headline the 23rd edition of the India Conference at Harvard University, scheduled to be held on February 14 and 15 in the United States. Organised annually by Harvard students, this year’s conference is themed “The India We Imagine” and will feature discussions on business, entrepreneurship, technology, governance, geopolitics, sustainability, health, culture, sports and entertainment. Congress MP Shashi Tharoor is set to deliver the keynote address.

Announcing her participation, the organisers praised Chopra as a global cultural icon who has redefined storytelling across borders through her work in films, business and philanthropy. She will be in conversation with entrepreneur Anjula Acharia. The speaker lineup also includes singer Sid Sriram, Olympic medalist PV Sindhu, former HUL CEO Rohit Jawa, BRS leader KT Rama Rao, filmmaker Shazia Iqbal, UNESCO Chair Amitav Acharya, and several prominent entrepreneurs, executives and content creators from India and abroad.

On the professional front, Priyanka Chopra will next appear in the Hollywood action-thriller The Bluff, directed by Frank E Flowers, which releases on Prime Video on February 25. She is also set to return to Indian cinema after eight years with SS Rajamouli’s upcoming film Varanasi, starring Mahesh Babu, expected to hit screens in 2027.
