January 29, 2025: Allu Arjun’s blockbuster Pushpa 2 continues to dominate conversations even months after its theatrical release. With record-breaking collections and unparalleled success, the movie recently completed 50 days in theatres. Fans eagerly awaiting its OTT release have some mixed news—while Netflix has confirmed its release on their platform, the Hindi-dubbed version’s debut will face a delay.

OTT Release Details
The original Telugu version of Pushpa 2 and its Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam dubs will stream on Netflix soon, as officially announced on Instagram and X. However, the streaming giant did not mention a date for the Hindi-dubbed version. Rumors suggest that the Hindi version may become available by mid-February, leaving fans of the Hindi audience disappointed for now.

Box Office Milestones
Pushpa 2 made history by becoming the highest-grossing film in Hindi cinema, surpassing records with its phenomenal box office run. It also became the first film to enter the exclusive ₹800 crore net club at the Indian box office. The Hindi version, in particular, witnessed an extraordinary performance, marking unprecedented success from its opening day itself.
Additional Footage for OTT
Amid the delay in the Hindi release, Netflix has sweetened the deal by announcing that the OTT version of Pushpa 2 will include 23 minutes of additional footage. This extended runtime will feature three more minutes than the reloaded theatrical version, giving fans more of the action-packed drama they loved in cinemas.
Release Timeline
Initially, the production house Mythri Movie Makers had confirmed that Pushpa 2 would hit OTT platforms 56 days after its theatrical release, putting the date around January 30. While Netflix has yet to officially confirm the exact release date, the film is already listed under the “Coming Soon” section on the platform.
