
‘Raid 2’ Box Office Day 19: Surpasses ‘Total Dhamaal’, Becomes Ajay Devgn’s 5th Highest-Grosser In India
Mumbai, May 20, 2025 – Despite new competition at the box office, Ajay Devgn’s Raid 2 is showing no signs of slowing down. The film, now in its third week, has crossed a major milestone by surpassing Total Dhamaal to become Ajay Devgn’s fifth highest-grossing film in India.

On Day 19 (Monday), Raid 2 earned an estimated ₹2.40 crore, registering just a 23.07% drop from Friday’s collection of ₹3.12 crore. Over the third weekend, the film amassed ₹13.45 crore between Friday and Sunday, proving its solid hold even as screens were reduced due to the release of Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning.
The film is now eyeing a lifetime total of ₹175 crore, which looks achievable as it continues to draw decent footfalls.

Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, Raid 2 has managed to strike a chord with the audience thanks to its gritty narrative, powerful performances, and patriotic undertones. While the next target—Golmaal Again at ₹205.72 crore—seems ambitious, Raid 2 has firmly secured its place among Devgn’s most successful outings.
