Raid 2, the long-awaited sequel to the 2018 blockbuster Raid, is finally set to hit theatres on May 1, 2025, coinciding with International Labour Day. Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, the film marks the return of Ajay Devgn as fearless IRS officer Amay Patnaik and introduces Riteish Deshmukh in a menacing new avatar.

Riteish plays the antagonist Dada Manohar Bhai in Raid 2, marking a gritty turn from his usual comic roles. He was reportedly paid one-fourth of Devgn’s fee. - Vaani Kapoor – ₹1 crore
Replacing Illeana D’Cruz from the first installment, Vaani Kapoor plays the female lead. Her fee is nineteen times less than Ajay Devgn’s, standing at ₹1 crore.
