
Rajinikanth Applauds Indian Strikes on Terror Camps, Lauds Modi’s Leadership
May 12, 2025: Superstar Rajinikanth has extended his wholehearted support and congratulations to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Indian Armed Forces following the successful strikes on nine terror targets across Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), as part of India’s newly launched Operation Sindoor.

The actor, revered not just for his cinematic prowess but also his influential voice in public matters, was spotted at Chennai International Airport on Sunday. When approached by the media, Rajinikanth delivered a heartfelt message in Tamil, praising the courage and precision of the military operation.
“My heartfelt congratulations to Indian armed forces for targeting terrorist bases in Pakistan. My congratulations to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, our triforce officials and soldiers for handling this war skillfully, strongly and vigorously,” he said.
The veteran actor had earlier taken to social media platform X (formerly Twitter), voicing his support just hours after the operation began.
“The fighter’s fight begins… No stopping until the mission is accomplished! The entire NATION is with you. @PMOIndia @HMOIndia #OperationSindoor JAI HIND 🇮🇳,” Rajinikanth wrote, echoing the sentiments of millions of Indians rallying behind the nation’s defense forces.
