Themes of the Film
Rao highlighted the film’s societal themes, reflecting on how parental pressure can often steer children away from their passions. “In our society, parents sometimes think their children need a safe life, so they push them away from their dreams. This film explores that reality,” he said.
Love for Cricket
Both actors shared their growing attachment to cricket. Janhvi’s involvement in the film deepened her appreciation for the sport. “Before this film, I didn’t have much knowledge about cricket. But through this film, the kind of training I had to do, and the matches I watched made me realize how important this sport is for everyone in the country,” she noted.
RajKummar reminisced about his childhood love for cricket, saying, “I have been playing cricket since my childhood. My first memory is also of cricket. We used to play cricket after school and on Sundays, we would play matches against other teams. I’ve always been very attached to cricket.”
