January 30, 2025: Bollywood couple RajKummar Rao and Patralekhaa have left fans buzzing with curiosity after sharing a cryptic post on Instagram. The duo, who tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Chandigarh on November 15, 2021, hinted at an upcoming collaboration, though they kept the details under wraps.
In the post, the couple shared a silhouette of themselves bathed in colorful lights, accompanied by a mysterious caption: “Something special is brewing. Can’t wait to share it with you all. Stay tuned!” Patralekhaa quickly added to the intrigue by clarifying, “P.S: We are not becoming parents yet,” dispelling any speculation about baby news.
The fans’ excitement grew as they eagerly speculated about what project the couple might be working on. RajKummar Rao and Patralekhaa first worked together in the 2014 film CityLights, marking the start of their personal and professional journey together.
RajKummar, known for his versatile acting, was recently seen in Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video (released on October 11), where he starred alongside Triptii Dimri, and in Stree 2, where he shared the screen with Shraddha Kapoor.
Patralekhaa, on the other hand, will next appear in Phule, where she plays Savitribai Phule opposite Pratik Gandhi, who portrays Mahatma Jyotirao Phule. The film, set to release on April 11, 2025, will showcase the inspiring story of this legendary couple, who fought for equality and education in India.
