Star duo Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani embarked on a memorable journey as they recently visited India’s newly constructed Parliament building in the heart of the national capital.
Taking to social media on Tuesday, the couple shared snapshots from their enlightening visit, expressing their awe at witnessing the essence of democracy in action. “An unforgettable moment at the new Parliament of India in Delhi, witnessing the spirit of democracy in action. The new Parliament building, inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi last year in May, stands as a symbol of India’s democratic values and architectural prowess. Designed in a triangular shape to optimize space utilization, it comprises key chambers including the Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, and a Central Lounge.
Constructed using red and white sandstone sourced from Rajasthan’s Sarmathura, and Kesaria green stone from Udaipur adorning the Lok Sabha chamber, the building showcases a blend of modernity and tradition, echoing the nation’s rich heritage.
