The actor had arrived with his two-year-old daughter, Klin Kaara, to meet his wife Upasana Konidela and their newborn twins. Videos circulating on social media show Ram Charan stepping out of his car while holding his daughter, only to be mobbed by fans despite security presence, leaving him visibly distressed as he tried to shield his child and move indoors.
The footage triggered sharp criticism online, with users calling the behaviour “dangerous” and “irresponsible,” especially given the hospital setting and the presence of a small child. Several netizens urged fans to respect boundaries, stressing that excitement should not come at the cost of safety or privacy. Many expressed concern for Klin Kaara, who was seen covering her face as the crowd closed in, prompting renewed discussion on celebrity boundaries and civic sense.
The incident comes a day after Ram Charan and Upasana welcomed twins—a baby boy and a baby girl—adding to their family of three children. Confirming the news, Chiranjeevi Konidela shared that both the mother and babies are healthy. In a joint statement, the couple expressed gratitude for the support and well-wishes, emphasising their hope to raise their children with strength, compassion and grounded values.
