Ram Charan’s Bold New Avatar Unveiled In ‘Peddi’ Teaser On Ram Navami, Take A Look!

April 6, 2025: On the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami, the makers of the much-anticipated film Peddi unveiled an exciting teaser titled ‘Peddi First Shot’, offering fans a sneak peek into Ram Charan’s bold and intense new avatar.

The teaser, released on Sunday, features Charan in a rugged and earthy role, hinting at a powerful performance in the film. The teaser also includes a gripping dialogue where Charan’s character, while lighting a beedi, says, “I have only one life to live, and I want to make the most of it.” This powerful line sets the tone for what promises to be an exciting cinematic journey.

Charan took to his X (formerly Twitter) account to share the teaser and also announced that Peddi will hit theatres on March 27, 2026, marking a major milestone for his fans. The one-minute teaser shows Charan walking into a dusty field amidst cheers from the crowd, building anticipation for the movie’s themes and his fierce portrayal.

Earlier this month, director Buchi Babu Sana had revealed the first-look posters for Peddi. In these posters, Charan embraces a raw, intense persona with a piercing gaze, an untamed beard, messy hair, and a nose ring that adds a menacing aura to his character. In the first-look shots, Charan is seen dressed in a striped red shirt, smoking a cigar, exuding a fierce, earthy vibe.

The second poster offered an even deeper look into his role, with Charan holding an old cricket bat in a rustic village stadium, lit by floodlights, suggesting the film’s rural setting and gritty themes.

Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana, stars not only Ram Charan but also Janhvi Kapoor, Kannada superstar Shiva Raj Kumar, Jagapathi Babu, and Mirzapur fame Divyenndu in significant roles. The film is produced under director Sukumar’s banner, Sukumar Writings, with Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman lending his musical genius to the project.

Ram Charan’s previous film, Game Changer, directed by S. Shankar and co-starring Kiara Advani, garnered significant attention, and fans are eager to see what the actor brings to the table in Peddi.
