Rana Daggubati Returns with Season 2 of ‘Rana Naidu’, Premiering June 13 on Netflix

May 20, 2025 : After a two-year wait, fans of Rana Daggubati have reason to celebrate as the second season of his hit crime drama Rana Naidu is all set to release on Netflix on June 13.

Created by Karan Anshuman and directed by Karan Anshuman, Suparn S. Varma, and Abhay Chopra, the upcoming season promises to deliver even more intense drama and action. The streaming giant announced the release date on Tuesday, accompanied by a gripping poster that set social media abuzz.

Joining Rana Daggubati in this high-octane thriller are Venkatesh Daggubati, Arjun Rampal, Surveen Chawla, Kriti Kharbanda, Sushant Singh, Abhishek Banerjee, and Dino Morea.

Season 1 of Rana Naidu, which premiered in 2023, received wide acclaim both in India and internationally. Audiences were captivated by its gripping storyline, layered characters, and the gritty portrayal of the murky world of power and celebrity.

The series marked the first-ever collaboration between Rana Daggubati and his uncle Venkatesh Daggubati, which added a unique dynamic to the already intense father-son relationship portrayed on screen.
