Rashmika Mandanna Offers Sneak Peek into ‘Kubera’ Sets

Rashmika Mandanna, the talented actress, delighted fans by sharing a glimpse from the sets of her upcoming film ‘Kubera,’ featuring Dhanush. In an Instagram story, Rashmika shared a serene picture showcasing the moon and a building, signaling the wrap-up of a shoot day on Thursday.

Accompanying the image was her caption, “And it’s pack up! Kubera.” Apart from Rashmika and Dhanush, the movie boasts an ensemble cast including Akkineni Nagarjuna and Jim Sarbh in pivotal roles. Reports suggest that Dhanush portrays a character who embarks on a journey from being a homeless man to ascending the ranks to become a formidable mafia figure.

Directed by Sekhar Kammula and produced by Suniel Narang under Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP, ‘Kubera’ features music by Devi Sri Prasad. While the release date is yet to be revealed, anticipation for this intriguing project continues to build.

Meanwhile, Rashmika is also gearing up for her role in the action thriller ‘Pushpa: The Rule.’ Allu Arjun recently teased fans with a glimpse of the first single from the movie, titled ‘Pushpa Pushpa,’ infused with techno beats by music director Devi Sri Prasad. The full track is set to release on May 1st, with the film scheduled for release on August 15, 2024.

‘Pushpa: The Rule,’ produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Muttamsetty Media, marks Allu Arjun’s return to his acclaimed role, following his National Film Award-winning performance in the first installment. Directed by Sukumar, the film promises to deliver another gripping narrative set against the backdrop of red sandalwood smuggling, with a stellar cast including Fahadh Faasil and others reprising their roles.

Additionally, Rashmika will be seen in the upcoming thriller ‘The Girlfriend,’ directed by Rahul Ravindran and produced by Allu Arvind, Sreenivasa Kumar, and Dheeraj Mogilineni. Positioned as a solo-led thriller, ‘The Girlfriend’ is expected to further showcase Rashmika’s versatility as an actress.
