
Rashmika Mandanna Reacts to Vijay Deverakonda’s Intense Look for 'VD 12'
Actor Vijay Deverakonda recently shared an intriguing poster of his upcoming film ‘VD 12’, sparking excitement among fans and even eliciting a reaction from actress Rashmika Mandanna.
Rashmika took to her X handle to reshare Vijay’s post, captioning it with “Madness,” followed by a fire emoji, indicating her admiration for his intense new look.
Earlier, Vijay unveiled a striking poster in which he is seen sporting a bearded look, drenched in blood and rain, exuding intensity. Sharing the poster, Vijay wrote, “His Destiny awaits him. Mistakes. Bloodshed. Questions. Rebirth. 28 March, 2025.” This highly anticipated film is set to release on March 28, 2025.
The film is written and directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri and presented by Srikara Studios. It is jointly bankrolled by Naga Vamsi S and Sai Soujanya. Previously, Gowtam Tinnanuri collaborated with Sithara Entertainments for the National Award-winning sports drama ‘Jersey’. This marks the first collaboration between Vijay Deverakonda and Gowtam Tinnanuri.
Meanwhile, Rashmika Mandanna is gearing up for several exciting projects. She will be seen in Sekhar Kammula’s ‘Kubera’, which features an ensemble cast including Dhanush, King Nagarjuna Akkineni, and Jim Sarbh. This pan-India multilingual film is being shot simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu.
Rashmika is also set to share the screen with Salman Khan in ‘Sikandar’, directed by A.R. Murugadoss and backed by Sajid Nadiadwala, scheduled for release next Eid. Additionally, she has ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ in her lineup, featuring Allu Arjun and Fahad Faasil in prominent roles.
