Rashmika’s New Dance Move in ‘Pushpa 2’ Song Teaser

Fans of ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ were thrilled on Thursday when the makers teased a glimpse of the film’s second single, ‘Sooseki’. The teaser, shared by Mythri Movie Makers on their official X handle, features Rashmika Mandanna performing a new hookstep on the film’s set. She is seen doing Allu Arjun’s iconic hand gesture from the first film.

Composed by Devi Sri Prasad with lyrics by Chandra Bose and vocals by Shreya Ghoshal, ‘Sooseki’ will feature both Rashmika as Srivalli and Allu Arjun as Pushpa Raj.

Previously, the film’s first track, ‘Pushpa Pushpa’, was released in six languages, appealing to audiences across India. ‘Pushpa 2’ is produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Muttamsetty Media and is set to release on August 15, 2024. Allu Arjun, who won a National Film Award for his role in the first part, will reprise his role alongside Rashmika and Fahadh Faasil.

Directed by Sukumar, the first part, ‘Pushpa: The Rise’, released in December 2021, showcased power struggles in the backdrop of red sandalwood smuggling. Fans have been eagerly awaiting the sequel ever since.
