Raveena Tandon Lights Up ‘Bigg Boss 18’ With Salman Khan; Promotes Daughter Rasha’s Debut Film

Nostalgia strikes as Raveena and Salman recreate iconic moments, while Rasha and Aaman Devgan share insights on their film ‘Azaad.’

Mumbai, January 12: The latest episode of ‘Bigg Boss 18’ brought waves of nostalgia as Raveena Tandon joined host Salman Khan on stage, reviving memories of 90s Bollywood. The episode also marked a special occasion as Raveena promoted her daughter Rasha Thadani’s debut film, ‘Azaad,’ alongside co-star Aaman Devgan, nephew of Ajay Devgn.

A video from the episode, which has been making rounds on social media, shows Raveena and Salman dancing to the evergreen hit song “Pyar Dilon Ka Mela Hai” from their movie ‘Dulhan Hum Le Jayenge.’ Fans were thrilled to see the iconic duo recreate their chemistry.

“So great to see Raveena and Salman together,” wrote a fan.
“They left me nostalgic,” another added.

Rasha and Aaman’s Journey in ‘Azaad’

Directed by Abhishek Kapoor and produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Pragya Kapoor, ‘Azaad’ is set to hit theatres on January 17. The film promises an emotional story of love, loyalty, and courage, revolving around the bond between humans and animals.

In an interview, both Aaman and Rasha shared their experiences of working with horses for the movie.

Aaman Devgan detailed his efforts to bond with his equine co-star:

“I spent time sleeping near the horse, feeding it, and cleaning its stable to understand its energy. Animals don’t act like humans, so connecting with them was crucial.”

Rasha Thadani, a self-proclaimed animal lover, shared her excitement:

“I think of horses as big puppies. When Azaad (the horse) entered the set, I immediately felt like hugging him. Working with animals in my debut film was a dream come true.”

Exploring Their Characters

Aaman described his character as exciting and rebellious:

“Playing a role filled with action and rebellion was naturally thrilling. Being part of this film as my debut is an incredible opportunity.”

Rasha, on the other hand, characterized her role as fearless and determined:

“My character knows who she is and where she comes from. She’s headstrong and confident, and it was amazing bringing her to life.”

A Nostalgic Celebration on ‘Bigg Boss 18’

The episode not only celebrated Rasha and Aaman’s upcoming film but also brought back the magical chemistry of Salman and Raveena, leaving fans eagerly awaiting the release of ‘Azaad.’
