Riddhima’s Response
In an exclusive statement, Riddhima dismissed the rumors, calling the situation misunderstood:
“The whole thing got blown out of proportion. The poor child was only trying to pose. She wasn’t upset at all. In fact, she was really excited and kept talking about how she would pose for the cameras. Since the paparazzi wanted us to pose together, she was just trying to find her space—she didn’t push her nani.”
Samara’s Take on the Controversy
According to Riddhima, even Samara was baffled by the controversy, questioning:
“When did I push her? I was just trying to pose and extend my arm comfortably!”
Riddhima added that Samara is increasingly aware of her public image, and past experiences with paparazzi criticism have shaped her perception of media coverage.
Handling Media Scrutiny as a Family
Reflecting on how exposure affects young minds, Riddhima shared:
“Kids today are more aware of these things because of social media. My mother and I make sure to talk to Samara daily about the pros and cons of being in the public eye so that she doesn’t get affected by negativity.”
