A first picture of the couple from the ceremony has already surfaced, marking the couple’s first public appearance together since reports of their relationship began doing the rounds earlier this year.

Family Blessings
A few months ago, Priya’s father, Tufani Saroj, confirmed that discussions around the engagement had begun, but made it clear that the formal ceremony had not yet taken place. Speaking to ANI at the time, he said,
“Both the children have expressed their desire to get married and have sought our permission for the same. The engagement has not taken place yet. Initial talks have taken place in this regard.”
With today’s ceremony, the couple has made their relationship official, paving the way for wedding bells in the near future.
Cricket and Career
On the professional front, Rinku Singh is an important part of India’s T20I squad. He has played 30 matches, scoring 507 runs at an impressive average of 46.09 and a blistering strike rate of 165.14. Known for his power-hitting ability, Rinku has quickly become a fan favorite with his calm composure and finishing skills.
Although his IPL 2025 season with Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) was relatively subdued—scoring 206 runs at a strike rate of 153.73—the left-hander remains a vital asset for India’s white-ball future.
The 27-year-old has also made his ODI debut and boasts solid List-A stats, with 1,899 runs in 52 innings at an average of 48.69, including 1 century and 17 fifties.
