Riteish Deshmukh's Marriage Tips for Bliss with Genelia
Actor Riteish Deshmukh, admired both for his performances and his role as a devoted husband, recently shared his golden rules for a happy marriage with Genelia Deshmukh. In an interview with ANI, Riteish highlighted three principles that he follows in his relationship.
“Every couple finds their own balance. For us, the key elements are respect, prioritizing each other’s needs, and maintaining a sense of humor,” Riteish explained.
He stressed the importance of respect, especially during disagreements. “Respect is crucial. Even in arguments, maintaining respect is vital. Disrespect leaves lasting cracks in the relationship. If you think something you say might worsen the situation, it’s better to stay quiet.”
Riteish also emphasized putting his partner’s needs above his own and keeping a sense of humor as essential for a harmonious relationship.
On the work front, Riteish is set to entertain audiences with his unique role in the horror-comedy film ‘Kakuda.’ Describing his character Victor, a ghost hunter, Riteish said, “Victor is an edgy, cool character with tattoos, a scar, and a strange machine to catch ghosts. Playing such an unusual role was exciting for me.”
‘Kakuda’ follows the story of Sunny (Saqib Saleem) and Indira (Sonakshi Sinha), who move to the village of Ratodi and face a curse from a ghost named Kakuda. The curse threatens Sunny’s life, leading Indira to seek help from Victor. The film blends humor and spookiness as they work together to uncover the truth behind the village’s haunting curse.
Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, ‘Kakuda’ will premiere on ZEE5 on July 12.
