Rohit Shetty Wraps Up Kashmir Schedule for ‘Singham Again’, Shares Ajay Devgn’s Pics

Director Rohit Shetty has wrapped up the Kashmir shooting schedule for his highly anticipated cop drama, ‘Singham Again’. Shetty took to Instagram to share photos of lead actor Ajay Devgn from the set, expressing gratitude with the caption, “Schedule wrap! Thank you Kashmir.”

Ajay Devgn returns as the iconic Bajirao Singham in this third installment of the popular franchise. Offering fans a sneak peek of Devgn’s look, Shetty wrote, “BAJIRAO SINGHAM! SSP (SOG) SPECIAL OPERATIONS GROUP JAMMU & KASHMIR POLICE… SINGHAM AGAIN… COMING SOON.”

During the filming, Devgn and Shetty also visited with the jawans of the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) in Jammu and Kashmir.

‘Singham Again’ boasts a star-studded cast including Arjun Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, and Ranveer Singh. This film follows the successful ‘Singham’ (2011) and ‘Singham Returns’ (2014), both of which were major hits at the box office.

Jackie Shroff, who plays a significant role in the movie, expressed his thanks to the Jammu and Kashmir government for their extensive support to the film industry. He praised the hospitality and assistance they received, stating, “The people here are incredibly helpful and kind, and the administration is very supportive.”

Shroff added, “The beauty of this place is matched by the beauty of its people. We had an amazing experience with the support from the police, army, and locals. The influx of tourists also added to the vibrant atmosphere.”

‘Singham Again’ is set to hit theaters in August 2024, perfectly timed for an Independence Day release.
