Rohit Shetty's 'Singham Again' Confirmed for Diwali Release Amid Rumours, Hints at Major Cameo
Rohit Shetty has officially confirmed that his much-anticipated film Singham Again will indeed be releasing this Diwali, putting an end to the rumors of a delay.
The filmmaker took to Instagram to share a video from the film’s set, which showcases an intense action scene involving cars—a signature of Shetty’s filmmaking style.
In his post, Shetty teased fans with a cryptic message, saying, “SINGHAM is incomplete without this HERO…ISS DIWALI Scorpio aayegi bhi, Ghumegi bhi, LEKIN ENTRY KISI AUR KI HOGI…,” hinting at a major cameo in the film. This has sparked widespread speculation, with fans wondering if the cameo could be none other than Salman Khan, especially given the reference to a “Scorpio”—a vehicle famously associated with some of Khan’s iconic roles.
Singam Again boasts a star-studded cast including Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, and Ranveer Singh. This third installment of the Singham franchise is expected to be a blockbuster, building on the success of the previous films, Singham (2011) and Singham Returns (2014). Additionally, Arjun Kapoor is set to play the antagonist, adding further intrigue to the film.
With such a lineup and the promise of a surprise cameo, Singham Again is shaping up to be one of the most exciting releases of the year, making this Diwali even more special for Bollywood fans.
