With Sikandar struggling at the box office despite a high-profile release, Salman Khan has finally addressed an issue that’s been brewing beneath the surface — the absence of public support from Bollywood’s big names when his films hit theatres.
In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, the actor said:
“Unko aisa lagta hoga ki zaroorat nahin padti mujhe. But sabko zaroorat padti hai.”
(“Maybe they think I don’t need support. But everyone needs it — including me.”)

Salman added that he often promotes movies by his friends and colleagues, implying that the gesture hasn’t always been returned.
