Salman Khan Dances To Dhol Beats during Ganesh Visarjan With Family

Salman Khan’s Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations have become a highlight for his fans and followers, as he once again welcomed Lord Ganesha into his home with grandeur.

This year, the Bollywood superstar shared a heartfelt video on Instagram, showing the festive Ganesh Visarjan ritual, where the Khan family bid farewell to Lord Ganesha after days of prayer and celebrations. The video captured the joyous mood, with Salman dancing energetically alongside his family and performing the final aarti, a ceremonial farewell to the deity.

Salman’s sister Arpita Khan Sharma, along with her husband Ayush Sharma and their children, joined in the celebrations with full enthusiasm. Other family members like Sohail Khan’s sons, Nirvaan and Yohan, Arbaaz Khan’s son Arhaan, Alvira Agnihotri, and her children, Alizeh and Ayaan, also participated in the traditional immersion of the Ganesh idol. The family’s unity and devotion shone through the video, which Salman captioned with warm wishes for Ganesh Chaturthi.

Many Bollywood stars were also seen visiting Arpita’s residence to pay their respects to Lord Ganesha, including Ilulia Vantur, Genelia D’Souza, Riteish Deshmukh, Sonakshi Sinha, Varun Sharma, and Sangeeta Bijlani. This festive atmosphere was further amplified by Salman’s participation in the Ambani family’s Ganesh Chaturthi event at their home, Antilia.

Ganesh Chaturthi, a 10-day celebration of Lord Ganesha as the remover of obstacles and harbinger of new beginnings, was marked with widespread devotion across India. From the Khan household to the streets, the festival was celebrated with joyful chants, elaborate decorations, and the fragrance of sweets like modak, as devotees came together to worship Lord Ganesha.
