Salman Khan Explains Akshay Kumar’s Exit from Bigg Boss 18 Finale Without Shooting

Akshay Kumar left the set of Bigg Boss 18 without filming due to scheduling conflicts, as Salman Khan clarified during the grand finale.

January 20, 2025: During the grand finale of Bigg Boss 18, host Salman Khan addressed why Akshay Kumar, who was scheduled to promote his upcoming film Sky Force, left the set without shooting. Akshay was joined by debutant Veer Pahariya to promote the high-stakes thriller but exited before filming began.

Salman Khan on Akshay’s Departure

After announcing Eisha Singh’s elimination alongside Veer Pahariya, Salman explained, “Akki (Akshay Kumar) was here to promote his film, but I got a little late, and he had to leave for another function.”

According to reports by HT City, Akshay, known for his punctuality, arrived on set around 2:15 PM, but Salman’s delayed arrival clashed with Akshay’s scheduled test screenings for Jolly LLB 3. After waiting for an hour, Akshay reportedly left, despite multiple calls requesting him to return.

Fitness influencer Rajat Dalal finished third, while other finalists included Avinash Mishra, Chum Darang, and Eisha Singh. The show, airing on Colors and JioCinema, concluded its latest season with a star-studded finale.
