February 8, 2025: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan recently made his debut appearance on his nephew Arhaan Khan’s podcast, Dumb Biryani. During their conversation, Salman reflected on his personal and professional experiences, offering insightful anecdotes about his life and career.

One of the key moments from the podcast that grabbed attention was when Salman spoke candidly about his time in prison. The actor, known for his dedication to his craft, discussed the importance of discipline and hard work. He shared how excuses like feeling tired or lacking sleep should never hinder one’s journey to success.

Salman explained, “’I am tired.’ No, get up. No matter how tired you are. ‘I don’t get sleep’. Don’t sleep. Do something, you’ll automatically go to sleep.” He added that while he usually sleeps for only an hour and a half or two hours a day, he occasionally takes longer naps once a month. Salman also mentioned that he would catch short naps during work, sometimes even resting on a chair between shots.

When talking about his time in prison, Salman humorously said, “In places where I cannot do anything, like when I was in jail, I slept. I couldn’t do anything about it.” This reference alluded to his infamous 1998 case involving the illegal hunting of blackbucks, which led to his imprisonment.
