Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Raj Nidimoru Enjoy Star-Studded Day Out with Friends in Mumbai
Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu and her husband, filmmaker Raj Nidimoru, recently spent a fun-filled day with friends Lakshmi Manchu and designer Shilpa Reddy in Mumbai. The outing included good food, laughter, and cultural experiences, all captured and shared by Shilpa Reddy on her Instagram.
The friends visited Farmer’s Cafe in Khar, where candid pictures show Samantha and Raj smiling for the camera and Lakshmi letting her playful side shine. The group later attended a performance of the musical Mughal-E-Azam at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC). Sharing videos from the outing, Shilpa wrote, “Some trips aren’t about the place, they’re about the people… A short trip, but a full heart. Laughter, long hugs, sharing love, knowledge, new learnings… all those unspoken conversations finally finding their voice. Back feeling deeply connected, grateful, and so soul-comforted.”
Fans also joined the celebration online, flooding the post with heart emojis and compliments, including references to Raj’s “wedding glow” and calling Samantha “Maa Bangaram” (our gold).
Samantha and Raj tied the knot in a private yogic ceremony at Isha Foundation in Coimbatore on December 1, 2025. The couple had kept their wedding under wraps until Samantha shared photos afterward. They previously collaborated on The Family Man 2 and Citadel: Honey Bunny and are currently working together again on Rakt Brahmand: The Bloody Kingdom. Samantha is also producing and starring in Nandini Reddy’s Maa Inti Bangaram.
