Sandhya Theatre Incident: Allu Arjun’s Father Visits Hospital To Meet Injured Boy

December 19, 2024: The recent incident at Sandhya Theatre during the screening of Pushpa 2 has attracted significant attention, especially due to the unfortunate loss of a life and the serious injury of a young child. On Wednesday, Allu Aravind, the father of actor Allu Arjun, visited the Hyderabad hospital where the injured boy has been receiving treatment since December 4. Allu Aravind, accompanied by Telangana Health Secretary Christina Z Chongthu and Hyderabad Police Commissioner C. Anand, met with medical personnel to assess the boy’s recovery progress.

In a statement to the media following the visit, Allu Aravind shared that the child had been showing significant signs of recovery over the past 10 days. However, he acknowledged that a full recovery would take more time. He reiterated that the family is committed to providing the necessary support for the boy’s healing.

Allu Aravind also addressed the legal circumstances surrounding the case, revealing that Allu Arjun was unable to visit the child due to ongoing legal proceedings. The tragic incident, which occurred during the screening of the film, led to the death of a woman and left the child severely injured. Allu Arjun was arrested in connection with the case, but was released shortly thereafter by the Telangana High Court.

After his release, Allu Arjun expressed his gratitude for the support from fans and clarified that the incident was purely accidental. He extended his condolences to the deceased woman’s family, emphasizing that he had no direct involvement in the tragedy. He mentioned that he had been a regular visitor to Sandhya Theatre for the past 20 years, and that there had never been an accident like this before.
