Sanjay Dutt and Arjun Rampal’s Dhurandhar 2 Pic Fuels Fan Theories About Bade Saab

A recently leaked image from the sets of Dhurandhar 2 has sent fans into a frenzy, with speculation mounting over the identity of the mysterious Bade Saab. The still shows Sanjay Dutt’s character, SP Aslam, engaged in conversation with Arjun Rampal’s Major Iqbal, sparking theories about whether Rampal’s character could actually be Bade Saab.

In the first film, Bade Saab was often mentioned but never seen, leaving fans to guess his identity. Some users on social media theorize that Major Iqbal may secretly be Bade Saab, using information about Hamza’s involvement in Rehman Dakait’s murder to manipulate events behind the scenes. Others believe the meeting could be part of a strategy to take down Hamza, played by Ranveer Singh, in the sequel.

Not all fans agree, pointing out that in Part 1, Major Iqbal asks about who orchestrated key events, suggesting he might not be Bade Saab. The debate continues, with multiple possibilities for the unfolding espionage thriller.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar follows Indian spy Hamza infiltrating Rehman Dakait’s gang in Pakistan’s Lyari. The sequel will see Ranveer Singh, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, and Sanjay Dutt reprising their roles, alongside Rakesh Bedi and Sara Arjun, and is set to hit theatres on March 19, 2026.
