May 29, 2025: The much-anticipated romantic song Sar Aankhon Pe Mere from Aamir Khan’s upcoming film Sitaare Zameen Par has officially been released, and it is already making waves across the internet. Featuring Aamir Khan alongside Genelia Deshmukh, the track is a soul-stirring ode to unconditional love and affection.

The song was shared by Aamir Khan Productions on Instagram with the caption, “When you truly love someone, you keep them sar aankhon pe. This song is just that #SarAankhonPeMere Is Out Now!” The video captures tender moments between Aamir and Genelia, beautifully portraying a heartfelt romance that has fans swooning.
What truly elevates the song is the voice of Arijit Singh, whose performance adds depth and emotion to the visuals. Known for delivering timeless melodies, Arijit’s voice is once again winning hearts, with many fans calling Sar Aankhon Pe Mere the “romantic anthem of the year.”
The lyrics have been penned by acclaimed lyricist Amitabh Bhattacharya, while the music is composed by the iconic trio Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy. The film’s soundtrack promises to be an emotional rollercoaster, and this first track sets the tone perfectly.
Sitaare Zameen Par is directed by R. S. Prasanna, who previously received praise for the socially relevant and heartfelt Shubh Mangal Saavdhan.
